Terms of use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Move2Cloud Chatbot (the “Service”), the conversational console for operating cloud accounts published by Move2Cloud. Creating an account or using the Service means accepting these terms.
1. Publisher
The Service is published by Move2Cloud:

- Registration: 919 335 380 R.C.S. Paris
- Intra-community VAT: FR11919335380

2. Purpose of the Service
The Service lets a user question and operate, in natural language, the cloud accounts they connect to it. An artificial intelligence assistant reads the state of the account to answer, and prepares the changes the user asks for.
A change to the client's resources (creating, modifying, deleting, restarting…) is first shown as a plan: its steps and the requests it will send to the provider. It only runs after the user confirms that plan in the conversation. Reading the account needs no confirmation.
3. Access and account
- The Service is intended for professionals. The person who creates an account declares that they act for their organisation and have the authority to bind it.
- Each user keeps their credentials confidential and answers for the use made of their account. Two-factor authentication is required.
- Access to the Service requires a subscription, opened by Move2Cloud under the conditions agreed with the client.
4. Connecting cloud accounts
- The client only connects cloud accounts it holds or for which it has the necessary authorisation.
- The client decides the rights it grants the Service on each account, and is invited to limit them to what it wants the Service to do. Where the provider allows it, the access is given through a role or an authorisation the client creates in its own account, without handing over a key.
- The client can withdraw the access granted at any time, from the Service or directly at its provider.
- The actions run on the client's accounts may create or change resources billed by its providers. These charges remain payable by the client.
5. Scope of the answers and of the actions
The answers, the plans and the reports of the Service are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence assistant. They may be incomplete or wrong, including about the state of the client's resources or about the effect of an action. They are an aid to operating a cloud account, neither a guarantee of result nor advice binding Move2Cloud.
The user reads a plan before confirming it and remains the sole judge of the actions they confirm and of their consequences on their infrastructure. An action run at a cloud provider cannot always be undone: when a plan stops on a failed step, the steps already run are not reversed.
6. Prices and billing
The applicable price is the one agreed between the client and Move2Cloud, excluding taxes. Invoices are issued by Move2Cloud; their payment terms are stated on them. The Service measures the use made of it (conversations, messages, tokens consumed) and shows it to the client.
7. Availability
Move2Cloud uses reasonable means to ensure access to the Service. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates, and depends on the availability of the cloud providers' interfaces and of the technical providers the assistant relies on, over which Move2Cloud has no control.
8. Prohibited uses
The client must not use the Service on accounts it is not authorised to operate, attempt to access the data of another client, use it to harm third parties or to break the terms of its cloud providers, disrupt its operation, or resell it without the written agreement of Move2Cloud.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, its presentation and its brand remain the property of Move2Cloud. The client receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for the duration of its access. The client's data and conversations remain its property.
10. Data and privacy
Move2Cloud processes the client's data to provide the Service, and for nothing else. Their nature, their protection, the processors involved and the rights of individuals are described in the privacy policy.
11. Liability
Move2Cloud is bound by an obligation of means. It is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of profit, nor for the consequences of an action the user confirmed or of a decision taken on the basis of the answers of the Service. Its liability is limited, for all damage combined, to the sums paid by the client for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
12. Term, termination and deletion
- The client can stop using the Service at any time, remove the cloud accounts it connected and delete its conversations. Each user can download their data and delete their account from My Account.
- Move2Cloud may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after informing the client when circumstances allow.
13. Changes to the terms
These terms may change, in particular with the Service. The version in force is the one published at this address, with its date of update. Clients are informed of significant changes.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place of the registered office of Move2Cloud.
